This work is about coming back into relationship with yourself.
Not just understanding your patterns, but learning how to work with them in real time. Learning how to stay with yourself when things feel uncomfortable. Learning what safety, connection, and repair actually feel like in your body.
Because the way you relate to yourself becomes the blueprint for how you relate to others.
My approach is rooted in Nervous System Focused Therapy, integrating somatic work, parts work (Internal Family Systems), and attachment-based understanding. Together, we explore how your nervous system, your early relational experiences, and your protective patterns shape the way you move through your life and your relationships.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you understand how your system learned to protect you and building a different relationship with those patterns.
What This Work Looks Like
In our work together, we focus on creating safety in your nervous system so that meaningful change becomes possible.
We begin by slowing things down and building awareness, not just cognitively, but in your body. From there, we explore the parts of you that hold different emotions, beliefs, and protective responses. These parts aren’t problems to get rid of, they’re adaptive strategies that once made sense.
Through a relational and attachment-informed lens, we also look at how you experience connection, both with yourself and with others. This includes understanding patterns like distancing, over-functioning, people-pleasing, or shutting down, and learning how to move toward more secure ways of relating.
This work is not just insight-based. It’s experiential.
It’s about practicing new ways of being, moment by moment, so your system can begin to recognize safety, connection, and choice as real possibilities, not just ideas.
